What is Hybrid Haus?

Hybrid Haus is group training built around strength, conditioning and performance movement. Sessions blend Olympic weightlifting, functional fitness, and cardio in a way that’s challenging, scalable, and supportive—whether you’re new or a seasoned fitness fanatic.

You don’t need to be “fit enough” to start. You just need to start.

Sione

The strength. The skill. The calm. Sione is a master of Olympic weightlifting and a mentor to both athletes and coaches. Known for moving weight with ease and precision, he raises standards quietly – letting his actions do the talking.
Grounded, grateful and incredibly welcoming, Sione creates an environment where members feel supported, capable and excited to train.
There will be additional coaches, they are currently to be confirmed.

Essence

A powerhouse on the floor and the mind behind the programming. Essence is known for her exceptional technique, fearless approach to lifting and ability to move serious weight that turns heads. She leads from the front, setting the standards for strength, consistency and quality across Hybris Haus.
Her strength speaks for itself and her coaching ensures others find theirs.

MEYO

I love this style of training because it humbles me daily! Everyday it tests me and is a new opportunity to be a little better than yesterday. I thrive on competition but also training with like minded people. TYSON

Tyson is an incredibly talented, all-round coach who brings a sharp attention to detail to every session. He goes above and beyond for our members, delivering a level of care and coaching that supports everyone—from beginners to seasoned athletes.
Outside of the gym, you’ll find Tyson training Muay Thai, out camping, or on his motorbike chasing his next adventure.
